Fitting your Silly Helmet Cover
To fit the cover, first attach a 2cm ( 1 inch ) square of Velcro or double-sided adhesive tape under the front edge of the helmet cover, either side of the skull or central spike / sparkplug. This is so that if you travel faster than 50mph (80kmh), the wind will not get under leading edge of cover and blow it off. ( you'll then have to reverse and go find it!! )
Then position the cover's skull or central spike / sparkplug over the front centre point of your helmet at eyebrow level and firmly press on the Velcro or double-sided adhesive tape to secure. Then stretch rest of cover backwards over the helmet. Pull side areas of cover down and affix either a 2cm ( 1 inch ) square of Velcro or double sided adhesive tape or even some rubber/latex glue to secure those cover sides to the helmet. This again stops the sides of the cover from flapping in the wind.
