When you place an order via our website wwww.sillyhelmetcovers.com we will treat that action as an offer to buy. When you place your order you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into an agreement with you.
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. Silly Helmet Covers shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. We encourage you to ensure that covers are fitted in accordance with our instructions on the website and the product label shipped. Silly Helmet Covers cannot be held responsible if the item is subsequently damaged due to poor fitment.
At Silly Helmet Covers we do our very best to ensure availability of all advertised products and Endeavour to dispatch all parts within the quoted number of working days. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.
All our items are supplied ex-stock. Sometimes an item may have sold out and our website may not have been updated to reflect that, and you may place an order for one. It that case we will give you the option to wait for stock replenishment or to choose another item.

Sometimes we may have to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has become obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.
UK orders will be delivered using Royal mail. For larger items or cycles we will use either Parcel Force , DHL or UPS
Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards, via PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as “Silly Helmet Covers". All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling (£) and UK VAT is not applicable to any orders. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in Vat rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification clearly personalized). If you have contacted us before dispatch of your goods, although your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted. Please follow details on our return policy on receipt of goods. Please note all items must be returned in pristine condition to allow re sale in their original packaging.
We will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as soon as we can. We must state we have no liability to you for any delay in supply of goods ordered. However if you are not satisfied with the lead-time quoted to supply a product you have the right to cancel and receive a refund prior to the good being despatched.
