"They are latex rubber covers that you fit on your open face helmet to make you look very different. They turn heads, create !*# comments & lots of smiles....and frighten old ladies, especially if worn with a skull fleece facemask and dark goggles.

Silly Helmet Covers are unique and of our own design (We're cruiser bikers ourselves). Feedback on these has been awesome..... Bikers in the UK, USA, Holland, Belgium, France, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Australia, Spain and Netherlands Antilles (South of Jamaica!!) now wear them.

They are designed to fit the majority of open face motorcycle helmets (including those with detachable press stud peaks) but they are also being worn by skateboarders, snowboarders, skiers, horse riders.....and even hard hat construction workers and Morgan car rally drivers in Sweden are wearing them!!

If you wear "Beanie/Shorty" Helmets which are worn by bikers in Germany and USA, then you need to order the Mk1 Black Horny which is a better fit for these type of helmets, provided you trim excess with scissors/scalpel.

If you wear "Half Height" Helmets which are worn by bikers in USA and Canada, then you need to order the new Mk3 Black Horny which is designed for these helmets

Safety: These Helmet Covers are a novelty item only and do not offer any protection to your Head. Only your crash helmet does that.

Sizing: please measure external circumference of your helmet at forehead level. If it's 85cm (33.5") or less, only the Mk1 Black Horny will fit this size.

If the external circumference is 86cm (34") or greater, the Mk2 Horny or Spikey design in the various colours will fit this size.

Fitting: They are easy to fit and to stop them being blown off above 50mph, we suggest you secure the leading edges of the covers to the helmet with either double sided sticky tape, or better still, inner tube repair glue or a solvent free contact adhesive. This also allows you to easily remove the cover without damage to helmet or cover.
